Yodi's Toasties Heartfelt Dream

Welcome all Yodi's Toasties, the grilled cheese food truck that focuses on comfort and deliciousness! What started as goal to eliminate student debt, turned into a mission to serve hearty alternatives at venues, concerts, fairs, and the like. We start with hand crafted cheese laid on local sourdough bread grilled to perfection in beef tallow. Our soups are gourmet and seed oil safe (s.o.s.) and fortified with love from our kitchen! Our first mission is to serve all customers good food that won't hurt your stomach or your wallet. Yodi’s Toasties goal is to serve high-quality products that make you feel at home.

Whether you love the classics or something with a kick, Yodi’s Toasties has something for you! Our soups are made with love and simmered to perfection and our tomato soup is hearty, creamy, and completely dairy free! Our second mission is to remind you of home with every sip. 

Our third mission is simple: to bring people home, one bite at a time. Through every grilled cheese served, we aim to offer more than great food – we’re here to create warm connections and remind customers you’re never alone.
