Yodi's Toasties Heartfelt Dream

Welcome all to the launch of my food truck, Yodi's Toasties. What started as goal to eliminate student debt, turned into a mission to serve a hearty alternatives to venue foods with sourdough grilled cheese sandwiches and gourmet tomato soup. I want to serve people good food that won't hurt their stomachs or their wallets. My sandwiches will use high-quality homemade cheese, sourdough from local bakeries, and all food stuffs will use seed oil-safe (s.o.s.) ingredients.

The target audience of the food truck is for those who want to enjoy high quality comfort food without breaking the bank. The cheese will have different flavor variables, if you want a classic grilled cheese or something with a kick, Yodi's Toasties is the place for you. The soup is slow roasted to give a smooth but hearty feel, reminding you of home with every sip. 

Our mission is simple: bringing people home, one bite at a time. Through every grilled cheese we serve, we aim to offer more than just great food – we’re here to create connections, share moments of warmth, and remind people they’re never alone. Every sandwich is made with care, comfort, and a little bit of love, helping you feel at home no matter where you are.
